Personal Care

• I started taking anti-depressants, life is better when the clouds aren't blocking out all the light.
• Journaling is spotty, but I will try to make it more regular.
• I went hiking with Joseph and Gigi when they visited, and it was nice. Now I just have to start going regularly.
• Workout regiment in the works.

• Traveling back home is fun!
• Been catching up on book club books. The drive time to work is great for audio books.
• I'm currently playing Destiny 2, Marvel Rivals, REPO, Lucah: Born of a Dream, and Minecraft. A few other games are waiting in the wings like Phasmophobia and Bitburner.
